After I send you the first rough sketch, indicate what corrections need to be made, give feedback. If the sketch does not suit you and requires a complete redrawing, I have the right to keep it for myself and use it for any way it fits. Your characters/designs will not be used for any purpose!;

After the sketch is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes and if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference. Other changes will be charged accordingly to their amount and scale;

After the sketch, you make the payment via Boostie's Tip Jar;

Deadlines are specified in the conversation, in case of their absence, the term of work depends on the complexity of the image. In case of any delays, you will be informed;

Perhaps from time to time I will send you WIP's as confirmation if the work is delayed. Subsequently, you will be able to track progress on your commission via Trello;

As an artist I remain the right to cancel further work with the commissioner if I don't feel comfortable. Refund will be provided;

As an artist I reserve the right to use the commission as a part of my portfolio (I always credit commissioner's characters);

As a commissioner you can keep a commission private, if would not want it to be posted - please note beforehand;

As an artist I retain the right to take as long as necessary with a commission unless discussed beforehand.

As an artist I retain all copyright over my work & the right to use all of the artworks for advertisement purposes unless discussed beforehand;

As a commissioner you have the right to use artwork for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, banners and etc;

Commissioner doesn't have the right to claim the artwork as their own, edit or set it up for any redistribution;

Commissioner doesn't have the right to use my artworks for commercial purposes such as: prints, pins, mugs, charms, clothing, etc unless discussed beforehand;
